Detox from Opiates using Methadone
Methadone treatment for detox from opiates in now available at our Middletown location. This mode of treatment has proven to be an effective, more humane method of helping individuals through the withdrawal process from opiates while allowing the focus to be more on recovery. If a methadone maintenance program is needed, Rushford will make the appropriate referral.

Detox from Opiates using Buprenorphine (Suboxone)
Although Suboxone treatment for opioid dependence is primarily done in an outpatient setting, Rushford is able to work with patients currently taking Suboxone to continue the medication while in residential treatment. This is accomplished through collaboration with patients'  private prescribers during the course of residential care.  For more information, please call 860-346-0300.
